I have a young son and can't find a job that will cover my bills and daycare. My son is under the age of 2 so he isn't school age yet.... I want to work and have been looking but can't find anything... I was laid off at the end of 2007 due to the housing market collapse. This is the first time I have ever been unemployed since I was in high school and I am 31.

  1. look for an extension or another program.  I think displaced worker is federal and you can get training and placement and financial help.  You may have to go through social services for that.  Also what about child support, or family?

  2. Why don't you go fight the fires which God started.

  3. i hav an idea y dnt u go to colledge  course for medical assistant n u  will sure da heck find a job

  4. Hmmm... Get a job ?

  5. See if you can get an extension on your unemployment benefits.

In some states, you can get a 26 week extension on unemployment. Maybe you should also check with the state to see if you qualify for housing, food stamps, and retraining programs WIA? Workforce Investment?

  6. Get a job.
