What can I do with a degree in Environmenral Managment?

I am thinking about pursuing a degree in Environmental Management at a prestigious university but before I sign on and pay the high tuition, I would like to know just what I can do with such a degree. Is it worth the money? Are there a lot of jobs out there in this field?

  1. If you can't spell the name of your degree ("Environmenral"?) probably not much.

    Now a days all university giving Environmental Management/Waste Management.

    it doesn't seem like a lot of jobs at first...

    it also depends where your from. I'm from Canada.

    you can get job in parks and Private companies... Environmental consulting is  big thing right now. municipalities.

    don't forget government jobs.. in Canada we have the ministry of the environment , ministry of natural resources . and there are also non government organizations  (NGO's) like ducks unlimited.

    look up your local conservation authority

    there are jobs out the and more are going to open up as the environment is a growing priority.
