What can I do with a major in English/Lit?

Lots of things:

1. Professor

2. Journalist

3. Medical school (believe it or not, you just have to take the required science courses).

4. Get a masters in something else

There's some more out there. But the question you should be asking is: what have I done, what experience have I acquired in order for myself to support that degree.

Have you done any internships at newspapers? for example esp if you wanna do journalism in the end. It all depends on what kind of experience you want to have/get.
