What can I do with and a degree in print journalism, a certificate in publishing, and an English minor?

I currently write obituaries for my local paper and have decided that I really don't want to be a reporter when I graduate. When I graduate next semester I will have 1 1/2 years experience tutoring writing and 1/2 year experience copy editing for my school news paper. What can I do with my publishing certificate? What kind of editing jobs can I get that is not with media writing? Any ideas will help. I'm desperate for some new ideas!
