  1. make pasta in a pesto cream sauce

boil some pasta penne works great

    in a sauce pan heat

    4 Tb spoons butter

    4 Tb spoons flour

    mix as it cooks add

1 tea spoon onion powder or not

    then slowly add

2 cups of cold milk ,or heavy cream or half an half

keep mixing when it is thick add

pesto as much as you want then

add the pasta to the sauce if the sauce is too thick add more milk if it is to thin let the pasta cook in it for a while you can all so add other  things like

    cooked chicken

    cooked shrimp

    or veggies

  2. You can make mini pizza's and use it for a sauce. Pretty good.

  3. Make a small pesto pizza.

  4. throw it on a regular lettuce salad.. or use it on a home made sub sandwich. throw it on some plain cooked pasta has a sauce  very good that way... or some cooked cold pasta as a pesto past salad

  5. I freeze it, but if you want to use it right away, it makes a good sandwich spread.  Like with turkey, provolone, and veggies.

  6. you can make a pesto-naisse, mixing your pesto with mayo and use it as a sandwich spread for a cold cut sandwich or a yummy summer veggie sandwich.  good luck.

  7. put it in the fridge and put it on pasta for dinner tomorrow

  8. It freezes well, but if you want to use it, you can put it on some spaghetti.

And here's a recipe my wife and I like:

Separately cook approximately equal quantities of rigatoni, broccoli crowns, and sliced Italian sausage (we prefer the hot variety.)

When they are done, mix them together, and add pesto and (if you like) 1 or 2 minced anchovies.

    A delightful quick dinner.
