Question:

What can I do with my echinacea plant?

I moved into a place with a large garden - which has a very large, healthy echinacea plant.

It's currently in full bloom & was wondering if there is anything I can do with it (utilize it as a supplement); I know that echinacea has some wonderful health benefits, and would hate for it to 'go to waste' if there is something I can use it for.

Any suggestions?

  1. Yes you can use the flowers for a tea.  You can use most of the other parts of the flower for teas as well.
