Question:

What can I do with my hair? (First day of Ballet)?

I've never taken ballet before, and my first class is at 7 today! Well I have short above shoulder length hair, and it wont stay back in a ponytail (or a bun) and side bangs. I can easily pin up the bangs, but should I just leave my hair down since it doesn't really go up? haha

I'm leaving in about an hour to go by another leotard (to see why see my last question) and would really like some opinions!

Thanks! :)

  3. pin your bangs back.

try to put as much hair up as possible.. like half up/ half down sorta thing.

ballet is very proper and my teachers hate it when our hair is flinging everywhere

  4. My niece has been a dancer for 16 years. Every dance performance, practice, etc. most of the girls wear their hair in a pony tail with bangs or pulled back to help prevent the sweat from rolling down in their faces and eyes.  If it won't stay back  - use hair clips to pin it back in a bun.  If necessary, put a head band or some other grip around the head to hold the hair back in place.

  5. one word GEL

what you do is gel you hair and then brush it and it will get hard and then you can put it up

  6. try to pin back all of your hair around with clips.

if its really short it shouldnt realy be a bother, but u should definatly pin back ur bangs.
