What can I do with my life at in my situation? I am 35, no kids, will never have kids, no job, a housewife,?

I would like to do something meaningfull but there are no volunteer jobs or even paying jobs available in this small town I live in. I am in a real "pickle" as they say. Should I try to go back to college and take a few classes or some kind of training or do you have any ideas. I am a college graduate with a 2 year degree in university studies. I have 5 yrs experience in day care but want to change my career. I don't see very well so I cannot drive out of town into strange places. Please help. Thanks.

Think  of  something  that  you  can  be  good  at  or  something  your  town  can  use  ,anything  that  you  can  sell  in  your  town,find  a  product  that  community  will  be  interested  ,ask  around  ,so  many  things  you  can  do  specially  if  you  know   the  people  in  your  town................food, services  of  any  kind,exercises,day  care,social  club  for  the  Ladies.............jewelries  ,something  that  you  can  make  money  and  not  get  bored  at  the  same  time.............................THINK ?.........good  luck.

1. Return to college. You can't compete in today's job market without a 4-year college degree.

2. Once in college, look around and see if there are any campus jobs opening up -- department secretaries, for instance. Even a part-time job can lead to full-time work after you get that precious degree.

3. Take courses that will give you an advantage in job-hunting: no English major, for instance, unless you want to work for a bookshop.  Take business-oriented courses, learn a foreign language, especially an Asian one.. College can be a very nice trade school!

Deff apply to college. Extend your education until you can get a good job. If you are feeling alone, you can always adopt an animal. Theyre good at taking away those horrible feelings. =) Good luck!

Why can't you see very well?  Can you receive medical help?

Are there hospitals close by that you could volunteer at?

You should figure out what your ultimate dream is and go after it  Time is on your side.

It will at least keep you busy and you may even find something that interests you, check on the 'newest open work' link on the site and browse through some pages to see if the work that is available is something that interests you.
