Without going into details, I have a really bad stomach that simply cannot take caffeine in any shape or form. I used to love coffee for the way the caffeine would energize me. Is there anything anybody can suggest that I can eat or drink that will give me a similar kind of effect as caffeine, but is completely NOT caffeine in any form? Guarana is out too because that has caffeine in it.

  1. Go to costco and buy some B complex vitamins it will keep you energized in a healthy way

  2. It's all about the b vitamens my friend. They keep you alert and focused without the buzzed feeling off caffeine.

  3. Interstingly enough, apple juice gives a good energy boost and one that doesn't make yopu crash after an hour.  Besides that, you get a little extra nutrition.  Eating an apple would have the same effect.  Give it a try.  In any event, it can't hurt.

  4. orange juice

  5. A vitamin B complex in tablet form will provide a slow release over a 4-6 hour period. If you want to drink something, I'm not sure if it's available everywhere but Berocca is a great source for B vitamins.

  6. I do not know one thing that you can drink to give you energy that doesnt have caffeine in it. Thats what gives you the energy.Energy drinks are loaded down with sugar and caffeine to give you energy. If you are looking to go a all natural way for energy. I would go for a natural herb. I believe that b 12 is for energy.

  7. B12

  8. try an energy bar that you can buy in the nearest supermarket.they are mainly a source of food energy, primarily complex carbohydrates. Some bars contain a source of protein (often whey, casein, or soy), as well as a selection of vitamins and minerals.
