  1. 5'4 is very normal for a girl in america.

if you were 6'4 in america, you would tower over everyone..

  2. What you eat or drink has no bearing on how tall you will be, if it is in your genes to be tall, you will be tall. At 17 you probably have about  another 4 years before you stop growing, so just concern yourself with things that you CAN do something about.

  3. Genetics is probably why you are that height and in that case, there is nothing you can do.  I've heard though that some boys may still grow some more by the early 20s.

  4. Males continue to grow until they are 18 - 22 years old.

Females stop growing 2 - 3 years after reaching puberty. (menstruation)

Height is determined by genetics, males should expect to be around their father's height.

To grow to your full potential, exercise, get outside in the sunshine for 15 - 20 minutes everyday, (your body will produce vitamin D to enhance it's ability to absorb calcium) and eat healthy (fruits, veggies, meat/fish and dairy will give you protein for muscle mass and calcium for strong bones and teeth)

Drink plenty of water to keep hydrated and to flush toxins from the body.

  5. Eat bananas. Drink milk.

  6. sorry but 5'4" is kinda short for 17 in america. I'm 13 years old and im a little taller than that. And I'm not even the tallest guy in my class.

Well, just eat your fruits and veggies.
