What can I eat at On the Border, thats best on calories?

I don't like going out to eat for calories reasons, but its a special occasion. If anyone eats here frequently, your advice on a healthy meal to order would be greatly appreciated. Thank you yahoo community

I found this website the other day because I am doing the low calorie.  It is www.dietfacts.com  It has hundreds of restaurants listed with the nutritional facts.  So if we happen to eat out I just look at that before we go.
