  10. Your first instinct is to go for the entree salad, but they are not always the best choice.  Some salads that are loaded with bacon and cheese and other things will be packed with calories and fat.  

    I'd stick to grilled options (seafood is always a good choice) with vegetables as your side.  If there are any sauces or anything, ask for them on the side as well.  

    If you know what restaurant you'll be going to, you can probably find their nutrition info online.  THat way you can be better prepared.

  11. there are resturants with good food. like applebees, has a lowfat area. chillies has a menu that shows how many calories you are eating. then places like panera bread and sweet tomatoes are good, because that is a soup, salad, sandwich place.

    Wendy's has good salads.

    if you go to resturants, they have nice choices. like a huge salad with chicken, and soup on the side.

    or you can get grilled chicken, rice, vegetables, ect.

  12. Go to a real restaurant. Fast food restaurants don't use real meat.
