I grew up eating Vienna sausages.  I'm a pro.  In terms of condiments, I go strictly for the mustard.  I often eat them right out of the can.

I used to cut them in half, lay them on sandwich bread.  Crackers will do as well.

But always mustard!

They are so yummy that they don't need another thing.  I often eat them with fingers straight from the can.  But another tasty way is on whole-wheat bread, with yellow mustard.
