I JUST got my braces and they hurt :(
But nothing I can do about that, I just ate and it was a pain. I'm wondering if this is just for the first few days or for the length of time I have braces.
Basically, what can I eat? (until i get used to them)
And I'm not asking you to google search it then copy and paste. I want to know from EXPERIENCE. thanks :)
i know i shouldn't eat hard, sticky things. but what CAN i eat?
