What kind of financial aid can I expect as a dependent in my senior year as an undergrad with an EFC of 4306? I go to a college in my home state and it's relatively cheap like $7,000 a year, and I live off campus. My mom made more $$ than last year so I'm worried. I never qualify for the Federal Pell grant, but I always qualify for Stafford (sub and unsub) and I also usually qualify for a State Grant. I just wish I could tell what kind of aid I'm going to get with that EFC number but I can't find any websites to help.

  1. You will still qualify for the Stafford loans, seniors can receive $5500.  The state grant, I am not sure about, each state is different, and each states changes the amount of the state grant and the EFC requirement each year.  You will have to check with your financial aid office about that.  If you are in PA, you will most likely not be getting a state grant, PA along with several other states have had drastic cuts in their education budget and are no longer offering state grants.
