What can I expect from this snowboard?

I'm thinking about getting this snowboard

It's a Palmer Prodigy 157. I'm 5'8'', 165lbs.

I'm a beginner/intermediate freerider.

you need a smaller size like a 154

If baz75 is right and it's an entry level board you might want to step it up and buy an intermediate board if you can afford it.  A board aimed at intermediate riders will perform a bit differently than a novice board and the increased responsiveness will help your riding skills.

Ive never heard of that particular board before but i looked it up and its basically an entry level all mountain board. So you can use it for any type of riding freeriding, freestyle etc. Palmer make especially good boards for all mountain/ freeriding so if thats the direction you are looking to take your riding Palmer is a good choice of brand to go for.
