What can I expect on a third interview at Chase Bank with a regional manager for a personal banker position ?

It's my third interview for a personal banker position at Chase Bank. The first one was with the recruiter, second with the branch manager, and now this third one with the regional manager. Second interview went really well and was over an hour. What can I expect on this third one ? Thank you for your answers.

Congrats on getting this far...As a Chase employee you pretty much already have the job.....The regional manager is really powerful and wants to get an idea of what you want to do later on down the line with Chase  ie... Financial Advisor, Business Banker, or Branch Manager....THe regional managers are usually more laid back then the District Managers as well....Good Luck Hope This Helps!

I don't know, but its amazing the hoops corps require us to jump thrugh nowadays. I assume you got the ra-ra-ra, go chase speech. Just go in there wearing an I love chase shirt. That should help.
