  1. my sister works there and she say it is not that hard she also said it is better work at subway than at a fast food

  2. i worked there and on firsts days employees just learned where everything belongs and then learn what goes on the different sandwiches, its pretty easy once you get the hang of it. if you help customers hopefully they won't be mean, but don't worry and just ignore them

  3. Lots of preparation and finicky customers telling you exactly how they want their sandwiches made and they're watching how you make it like a hawk, ready to correct the tiniest of mistakes.

It gets really annoying sometimes, especially when they start whining about it, and tell you they want mayonnaise on one half of the bottom bread while the other "2 halves" are mustard and relish and then they want it different for the top, or tomatoes on the left side, but not on the right, etc.

Then they get mad at you when it doesn't meet their standards and then they refuse to purchase the sandwich you just made for them.

  4. I've never worked at Subway but I know on your first day of the job, they usually have you fill out some forms, you'll get your uniform (unless you already did) they will show you around and introduce you to people and then they will have you watch the current employees probably, or will ask you if you want to just start.  The person training you will most likely just be watching you and making sure you are doing things properly - showing you how to work the register etc

  5. confusion..i dont know how they keep the sandwiches straight
