What can I get to make my basement a really good hangout spot?

So i've been working on my basement all summer and it's coming along pretty nicely but I was thinking of more things to get. So far, we've gotten a real nice couch, moved our good TV downstairs and have got my computer down. I want to make it a real chill and relaxing hangout spot and somewhat like a hookah bar. I've also got a bar down here but don't know what to do with it. Anyway, I just need help with some cool ideas for stuff to put down here.

If you have already taken care of any temperature and dampness issues that are so common in basements, I think I would work on lighting. Does it have any natural light, do you even want natural light w/ your theme? Is putting in a half bath an option? It would be useful if you get that bar serving up some tasty drinks.

alright try putting some lights that hang from the ceiling yano those sphere lights make me multi colored maybe put a cork board to hang pics. a stereo with speakers of course a colorful throw rug get some blankets to watch t.v at night with maybe get a futon if u can oh yeh and get 2 shelving racks 1 for dvd's and 1 for cd unless you have an ipod then only get one also have a mini fridge down there so when u got friends over u can have sodas snacks oog yeh make it part of the bar to make the bar look cool put some neon open signs or something cool like that also make sure u got a blender then u can mx boos with smoothies and u can also make shakes if u need more email me @ [e-mail]
