What can I make for dinner?

Question

I have a pack of chicken drum sticks taken out but I am fresh out of ideas to make, it seems like I always fry them, this time I want to do something different.

grill them up!  or I sometimes use legs to make chicken adobe in the crock pot because they are cheap.

Ingredients:

* 12 Ritz crackers (regular size)

* 1/2 tsp. paprika or seasoned salt

* 1 lb. chicken drumsticks (about 6)

* 2 eggs, beaten

Directions:

1. Crush crackers into fine crumbs. Mix paprika or seasoned salt with crumbs. Wash drumsticks, skin if desired. Dip chicken into eggs and roll in cracker crumbs, coating well. Arrange drumsticks in a row on a 12 x 8 microwave safe dish (use a bacon rack if you have one). Place thicker parts to the outside. Cover with wax paper. Cook in microwave on high 7-8 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Rotate dish 1/2 way through cooking. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. 2-3 servings.
