Ok so what can I make for dinner with these ingredients?

- cheese

  1. Roll the chicken breast in the bread crumbs and bake or fry in clean oil.  Boil your pasta and after you drain, you can add some margarine, garlic salt or italian seasoning, oregano a little parsley and you have a great pasta side dish.  You could melt cheese on top of the chicken or add it to the pasta.  You could also serve this side by side or serve the chicken on  a bed of the pasta.  Good eatin!


  2. Coat the chicken with bread-crumbs & bake @ 450F for 45 minutes.

    Boil the pasta in salted water until tender.

    Make a cheese sauce: melt 2 tbsp butter with 2 tbsp flour.

    Stir over medium heat until a golden paste is formed.

    Add 2 cups of milk, whisk together & bring to a simmer.

    Then reduce heat & add grated cheese (whatever type).

    Drain pasta, pour sauce over pasta, serve with chicken.

    Some tomatoes or veggies would go nicely too.

I would dip the chicken  in the bread crumbs and cook them in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-30 min then top them with cheese turn on the broiler and let the cheese melt this will also make the bread crumbs more crispy *kind of like fried chicken only way less calories* then make the pasta in boiling water. If you had any tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce would be good if you put a bed of pasta on a plate, put the chicken on top and then topped it with the sauce!! Its really good. Its one of my favorites!

    dip the pieces in the bredcrumbs, cook them on the stove top.

    then melt the cheese...combine the chicken/pasta and put the melted cheese on top!

    Wet the chicken and roll in bread crumbs.  Fry

    Cook pasta, drain.  Stir in cheese until melted.

This will essentially create a pocket.     6 bnls, sknls Chicken Breast

    1 cup A/P flour

    1 tsp. kosher salt

    ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

    2 extra-large eggs

    1 ¼ cups seasoned dry bread crumbs

    ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving

    Unsalted butter

    Good olive oil

    Cut chicken b*****s into 1” strips, pat dry w/ paper towels.

    On one dinner plate, combine flour, salt, and pepper.  On a second plate, beat the egg w/ 1 Tbsp. of water.  On a third plate combine the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.  Cot the chicken on both sides w/ the flour, then dip into the egg, then into the bread crumbs, pressing lightly.

    Heat 1 Tbsp of butter and 1 Tbsp. of oil in a large sauté pan on medium-low.  Cook chicken in batches on both sides until cooked through.  Chicken is done when meat is opaque and juices run clear.  Add more butter and oil to cook remaining batches as needed.  Sprinkle more parmesan cheese on top of cooked chicken to serve.

    Baked Macaroni & Cheese

    ½ cup heavy cream

    ½ cup milk

    3 Tbsp butter

    2 Tbsp flour

    1 lb. macaroni, boiled al dente, according to pkg. directions

    1½ c ups yellow cheddar cheese, shredded

    1½ cups Muenster cheese, shredded

    Heat the milk and cream together in microwave. Melt butter in large saucepan, then add all the flour stirring constantly. Let cook for 4-5 minutes, continuing to stir. Remove from heat and add warm milk and cream while whisking -- if sauce is too thick, add a touch more milk.  Add cheese to white sauce and stir. (Save a bit of cheese for the topping.) Stir sauce into macaroni and place in a buttered casserole dish. Place in 350° oven until slightly brown and bubbly on top -- 25-30 minutes.
