  1. Skillet Lasagna (aka Hamburger Helper)

    1 lb. lean ground beef

    ¼ cu p chopped onion

    ½ cup chopped carrots

1½ cups mafalda (mini-lasagna noodles or other pasta)

    1½ cups water

    ½ tsp. Italian seasoning blend

2 cups marinara or other tomato-based pasta sauce

    8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms

1/3 cup or more shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook lean ground beef, chopped onion and chopped carrots in a Dutch oven on medium-high about 6 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in raw pasta, water, Italian seasoning, pasta sauce mushrooms. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and serve.

  2. Sautee 1 onion, ground turkey, 1/2 green pepper and kernels of corn (cut of cob) and sautee together and serve in lettuce cups.

Cut 1 onion and cube potatoes and fry in pan. When finished, put THIN slices of velveeta cheese over and cover the pan. The remaining heat will melt the cheese for cheesy potatoes

Sautee 1 onion and 1/2 green pepper, then add marinara sauce. Mix together with macaroni noodles. Helps boost up the taste of the sauce.

The brownie mix, just egg and water is on the box, eh? :)

  3. turkey Shepards pie- fry the ground turkey with some diced onion and some diced green peppers drain and place in the bottom of a casserole dish. remove corn from the cobbs and sprinkle over the meat place potatoes in micro wave (or boil) for 5 mins or until soft enough to fork mash .spoon over corn smooth to seal around edges of casserole dish and place in 350' oven for 30 mins. remove and  sprinkle with a little cubed velveeta bake 5 mins more and serve! sounds good doesn't it hungry guy!

  4. Brown your ground turkey and add the marinara sauce to it. Boil your pasta and serve them together.

Take your head of lettuce, wash it, cut it up and put it in a bowl. Slice up 1 of your onions, and your green pepper and add to your salad. Cut your cheese into cubes and add that to your salad, too.

Boil your corn in a pot of water for about 12 minutes.

Make the brownies and serve them for dessert.

Put the potatoes away for another day!

  5. You could fry your turkey, potatoes, onions, and green pepper all  together in a little oil and boil corn seperately. Add corn later to mixture. Add a little cheese on top.  Make brownies for dessert.

  6. Do you have a little milk as well? Boil the noodles and melt the some veveeta and cheese for mac and cheese.

If no milk then make a kind of spaghetti and meat sauce. Chop up some onions and add a bit of oil or butter to a pan. Saute them for a minute then add the ground turkey. Then add the marinera sauce. Serve over hot boiled noodles.

Take the kernals off 1 ear of corn. Saute for just a minute or blanch. Drain and cool. Sprinkle over the lettuce, add some bell peppers and even a small chunk or 2 of velveeta. Dressing if you have it.

  7. cook up the noodles, and fry the turkey, add one onion and the pepper to the turkey then add 1/2 the velveta and marinara to that..... add it to the pasta........... walla  american chop suey

make the brownies for dessert.....  and boil up the corn for no more than 5 minutes as a side dish ........

  8. I'd boil the macaroni, brown the turkey with a diced onion... then drain them both, mix them together, and top with the marinara sauce.  Bake the brownies, and tear up the lettuce.  You'd have the pasta, salad, and brownies for dessert if you did that.
