  1. Well quite a bit if things actually, pick meals that cover your proteins and vitamins but do not have them in large amounts, large amounts are not good because then the food stays in your stomach and it waits to be digested.

Where are you going?  Just look for key words...avoid anything fried, in a cream sauce, or covered in cheese.  Look for something like grilled chicken, with a salad (low fat dressing on the side), or steamed/grilled veggies.  And watch your portion size...most places give you enough food for three meals- just eat until you feel satisfied, and box the rest.  Oh, and watch the appetizers/chips/or bread (depending on were you go), and don't waste time on empty calories like soda...opt for water or unsweetened tea.  You can try looking up where you are going online, some places list their nutritional info on their websites.  Good luck and enjoy!
