I'm looking for ideas beyond the normal omelettes, such as asparagus and gouda. I'm not a vegetarian and I hate mushrooms.

  17. my favorite things to put in are chopped bacon, onions, spinach, garlic, and a mild cheese like provolone, monterey jack, muenster, or even cream cheese. (i do like mine with mushrooms, but it's certainly delicious without them!) and this might sound weird, but it's delicious eaten with bbq sauce. give it a try some time!
