I finally was able to find some soy cheese without milk protein, but I've already used half of it and am saving it for Thursday.So, what else would be good in pita pockets? I have a few different mock 'meats' and different vegetables. What do you think I should put in it? You can say other things other than the mock 'meats' and vegetables, but it has to be vegan.And I also have tofu.Thanks =)
