What can I remove from my computer?

Hi, I recently bought an HP Pavilion DV6000.

It came loaded with a bunch of c**p on it that I don't think I need, but the only problem it that I don't know what I can and can't delete as I'm no computer expert (or should I say I don't know what I should or shouldn't delete).

Here are some screenshots of the programs I have:

Thanks in advance! =]

  1. Hard to say - I don't know recognize most of this, but then again, I don't even know what you intend to use the computer for.  If it's "trial ware" (programs you can use for a short time and/or in limited use) you can safely get rid of that.  Even if you find you really wanted it later on, you'd still pay the same amount.

  2. You don't appear to have too many programs that are not basic. I would download a cleaner. This one is freeware and I use it. I would watch your Programs for last used dates in a few weeks to see what you are using, and then make decisions to remove or not.
