What can I sell a used, e-z-go golf cart for?

It's a 90-something..Needs a little paint. Needs a little piece of the frame welded back on, runs.

Not sure, but based on how gas prices are going, you should be able to find ample buyers.

I will tell you this.  If you can find someone to make some of the changes of appearance and a quick frame mold.  I would do so first.

Then if looks good and runs good, and batteries are good assuming it is not a gas engine.

You could get up to 5 to 600.

If it runs "descent" and doesn't look to good.....Let's put it another way, it's like selling a house a few minor things like landscaping make a big difference in how much and how fast it will sell.

Just don't put a bunch of money into it.  I would put 150 to 200 into it looking and running great and then make a 400 profit.

where do you live? if it is in the condition you say it is i would be willing to buy for a few hundred. it is old and needs a fix it would not be worth much at all but let me know only if you live in the southwest though.
