What can I spend my GI Bill on that'll get me a job?

I have about a year left on my GI Bill but I already have a bachelors, what type of certifications post bacs, or anything will help me get a job?

What's your degree?

Use it to attended a trade school related to your chosen line of work, or get a master's related to what you want to do. If you don't want to go after a master's, most community colleges over certifications in various fields.

You could also pick up another BA in a field you're interested in... the possibilities are endless! It just really depends on what your goals are in relation to the degree you already have and your prior work (military) experience.
