What can I substitute for collard or turnip greens??

I'm making a soup which calls for frozen collard or turnip greens. What other vegetable can I use. Couldn't find any at the store.

  1. Spinach, cabbage,k***t,or just leave it out.


  2. Kale, Escarole, Mustard Greens, Spinach, Swiss Chard, Arugula, Bok choy, Cabbage.

    It depends on what you are cooking but these can be used successfully.
