  1. WalMart sells them separately by the bag. Packing beans tend to break up in bean bags.

Regular small pea or navy beans and I have found that uncooked rice is useful as well.Whatever floats your boat really.Remember who might use this item and if it is a small child then choose something like the rice that wont poison them,also a small type bean that they cant choke on just in case.

  5. You can go to a store that sells packaging and shipping supplies and get the foam peanuts.  Or just ask friends and family to save them for you when they receive packages that have them in it.
