What can I try next?

I think I have a lot of palpitations. I can feel but the recording is 80's with the pacing rhythm of 65. I feel very light headed (pressure head) and SOB. I'm on Glipizide 2.5mg and Lipitor 10mg before bed.

I broke up an Inderal 40mg into quarter. I finally took 10mg and see how it goes. It stopped the palpitation but remain very light-headed. My hands and feet were getting warmer. After an hour, the palpitations and symptoms, plus nausea came back. I'm feeling back to square one again. I didn't have headache but my head seems is going to burst (pressure).

Anyone can suggest or giving an idea what should I do next?

Glipizide & Lipitor can cause side effects of fast heartbeat, dizziness & nausea.  Sounds like you are now getting increased high blood pressure.  

I agree with Answerer 1 that you need to  call 911 now...your symptoms are also those of a heart attack.  You may also need to be rehydrated.

Please call your physcian now or call 911.  Having palpatations with nausea and with a head pressure needs to be seen by a Dr. Something isn't right, these aren't normal for anyone.
