  1. many of the suggested alternatives also contain caffeine, which i am guessing is the reason why you gave up coffee in the first place.

    moderate exercise will boost your energy levels after the first couple of weeks as it releases endorphins


  2. Just keep your blood sugar level even, fruits are  good way to do that

  6. The best thing is natural things like fruit and take vitamins so you dont crash.Eat a protein bar or apple every 3 hours.You will feel low and have headaches for a week.
