  1. Try goat milk soap, olay body wash in yellow bottle is also good ,Johnson baby soap bar is the best .My doctor recommends dove body wash for sensitive skin .

  2. Dr. Bronner's castile soap is really good, (get the unscented).  Anything that is a non-soap soap really....  Go to a local health food store and poke around.  Anything with goat's milk is good too.

  3. Vegetable glycerine  bars ,Goats milk soap

  4. Try Castille soaps, made from glycerin and natural oils.  They do not dry your skin, or give you that after shower itchy feeling.

Available at Whole Foods, and large grocery stores.

  5. There are many washed suited for excema and psoriasis that are good for dry, sensitive skin at the pharmacy.

Cetaphil is the one I like the best, and is recommended by my dermatologist. There is also QV wash which is good too. Ask a pharmacist as they know more than I do.

  6. you can make you own body wash

use baby shampoo or castel soap as a base

and add essential oils to it

    lavender

    calendula

you can add as much as you like but it is mostly for smell

use plain soap on your privates

make sure that you are using 100% essential oils

you should exfoliate your skin wal-mart or most drug stores

have these great gloves or mitts they are kind of ruff but not overly so

they will not damage your skin

they help by gently taking off the dead skin

and increasing the blood flow to the skin

    so it gets more nutrients.

    once you are done washing

    while still in the shower

coat your body in oil (not your privates)

you can use grape seed oil and you can put in any essentail oil that you like the smell of

leave on for 5 mins while in the steam of the shower

    rince off without using soap

you will have the softest skin.

you can use almost any oil

    canola oil

    olive oil

    baby oil

    DO NOT USE MINERAL OIL

    almond oil

you should not add too much oil if you take baths as it can lead to a vaganel infection

if you want to treat your self to a great bath

    get course sea salt

pour two cups into a glass bowl

add 10 to 20 drops of your fav smelling essential oil

    stir

put into a air tight container glass is best try to make sure it is dark glass or cover the bottle

let sit for 2weeks shaking every 2 days

when taking a bath add 2 tbls to the water and enjoy :)
