  1. One cup of vinegar to one gallon of warm water. It is both eco-friendly and economical.

Murphy's oil soap is to be avoided at all costs. It leaves a residue on the surface of the flooring that will make a buff and recoat  difficult to perform in the future (polyurethane will not bond).^

  2. I simply use my dust mop with a little spritz of warm water or some white vinegar and simply dust mop it after sweeping it.  Work BEAUTIFULLY!  Hope this helps you!  Good luck!

  3. I love the Method wood floor cleaner. You don't have to buy the "kit" they have which includes the mop handle. They sell just the wood floor cleaner for about 5 bucks at any Target store. It smells wonderful and it cleans well. I use all the method products and LOVE them (and the smell). You can go on line to www.method.com and find a store near you (there are other place besides target that sell method products) or can order on line. My floors have never been so clean before, I have tried everything from vinegar and water, Murphy's oil to just plain water and this by far works better.

  4. warm water

  5. I still prefer good old murphy's oil soap.

  6. Warm water and white vinegar.
