  1. bleach and scrub brush...

  2. a toothbrush and cleaner or toothpaste

  3. If it's marble, DO NOT use acid.

Try a brush and a bleaching cleanser.

  4. Muriatic acid might work.

  5. Do a "Y" search on clean gravestones. There are many different types of stone that has been used in the past. Some are fairly fragile compared to the granite stones now in use.  Using any chemicals  may damage the stone.  Plain water, a soft bristle brush (like a toothbrush) or a soft rag with  elbow grease will do very little damage.

  6. This depends on:  the substance of which the headstone is made, and the origin of the "dirt" (stains) you're trying to remove.  If marble and mold/mildew, try (in a small, relatively unobservable area) a bleach dilution or a vinegar dilution.  Maybe concrete cleaner wold work.  Maybe try asking the caretaker of the cemetery.  Good luck.

  7. You can use some soap and water
