  1. They sell stuff at wal mart just for that

  2. Clean & scrub real good with dish soap, rinse well.

Turn on frig & put about 4 boxes of baking soda inside.

If baking soda doesnt get rid of the smell nothing will.

    Good Luck.

  3. Leave a box of baking soda in it for a few weeks.  And make sure you cover your food tightly so it doesn't absorb the funk.  We plugged it in and ran it for a few days with the baking soda on the middle shelf, then just moved the box to the back when we stocked it.  After about a month, we replaced the box with another just for good measure.

  4. scrub it clean...

  5. ~~I figure you have already cleaned it well. The best thing I've used is to set a bowl of fresh coffee grinds in the fridge overnight. It absorbs odors, but also it leaves that great aroma too!~~

  6. scrub it with baking soda & water, rinse good & let dry set more baking soda inside & let run for a while,it should absorb the odors.

  7. Baking soda and charcoal.  See this article on the Housekeeping Channel website.  My in-laws ran a used appliance store for years.  They always left a plate of charcoal in the refrigerators.
