What can I use to help reduce the amount of dry skin on my face?

I was recently prescribed tretinoin cream for my acne and it makes my face peel. When i apply lotion it doesn't help much. I was wondering what else may be helpful. Like a natural exfoliation etc.

you can use a light facial scrub before bed

and then try using a moisturizer

not a lotion

but a light facial moisturizer

if you scrub it-your skin is going to get even more irritated, could possibly get red and might peel more so i woudln't suggest doing that at all.

vaseline always works and it won't clog your pores. i always had super super dry skin and had no idea how to get rid of it and i tried "St. Ives collagen elastin" lotion stuff. it comes in a tub and i got it at wal mart. i never have dry skin anymore. its the only lotion that has ever worked for me.
