What can I use to make a design on leather that won't rub off?

Hello, my human insisted on buying me the ugliest brown leather collar in the world. It is so boring and so now I want to customise my collar with some drawings & designs. But what can I use that won't rub off or come off on my fur when i get wet?

Tell your human to look in craft stores: There are dyes that will soak into the leather rather than rub off. Take a look at sequins and studs too- though some special equipment might be needed to attach them.

you can also burn or brand in a design by using any tool that is heated.

With a heat tool and burnish a design. Or good paint and then polyurethane.
