I need to know what natural things I can use or if I can use to mix in with regular candle wax, such like beeswax and soy wax and palm wax, can I mix it to make the wax last longer to make more candles. I got to stores and I see the regular wax but no one really knows. I dont want to buy a lot of wax because it is so expensive. I just need to know if i can mix anything to go with it. Any one with an answer can help, mostly partically people that work in a candle making shop or something or some one that makes candles themselves let me know please. I need an answer as soon as possible. Thanks

  1. You can add a little petroleum jelly (like Vaseline), but only a small amount (like a tablespoon per pound). This would only be good for container type candles.

  2. mixing candle wax with other will cause it to melt faster and to smoke.
