  1. Carla,

I think Joy has the same stuff.  We used a non skid liner for our shelves on our boat.  Rubbery and a bit nubby.  you should find this at any hardware or marine supplier.

  2. Rubber pads on the feet should work.  Use glue vs screws or nails to prevent scratches on the floor.

  3. summers idea may work but also  try cutting sandpaper to size and gluing it. I'm not sure if it will work but try it. good luck.

  4. Get those little rubber gripper pads that you can buy at walmart to open jars, and cut them to size.... its how I did  it on my hard wood floors!!!

  5. They have stuff that is sort of rubbery and nubby, mostly used to keep rugs from slipping about. I use it to keep the dash mat on my car dash. It really has lot's of uses and would probably work pretty good for keeping your sofa in place. I looked it up on line using the search terms 'rug non slip' and I got some good results. I've found it in home stores, grocery stores, hardware stores, bargain stores and fabric stores. Good luck.

  6. I saw these at Lowes

These grippers help keep the furniture from sliding.

  7. Put piece's of rug (squares) under the legs.Or plastic /rubber.
