What can I use to remove oil from chin pores?

you know those little white bumps on your chin. if u tighten ur chin then u can see them. how can i get rid of those. I know Biore is for pores but are those called pores and the oil in them? im not sure?

One of these, and a cleanser with salicylic acid (a toner with it too would be good).
