  1. if its not dry spray and wash!


  2. If the paint has dried, there is nothing that will get it out.  If it is marks-a-lot, try Oxy-Clean.  Or Spray-n-Wash.  I usually reach for the Oxy-Clean because I have seen it get out stains from a fabric that was 50 years old.
