  1. There is no way to get it off. Just make sure that she takes a bath and try to scrub it off but not too hard because then u may irritate or break the skin.  She will end up getting dead skin cells and like the normal they grow back. It is apart of the cell cycle. It should go away in like no longer than a week.

  2. If it were your skin I would say to  use  with  caution ...lighter fluid.

A baby ...probably not. You could try Go -joe or even hair spray.Hair spray does take off pen  from  jeans  it might take off sharpie from babies...can I assume you are going to be in trouble with her mommy? lol

  3. Diaper wipes. They get sharpie off my grandson every time.

  4. It will wear off as her skin cells slough off. You can possibly increase the rate by using an exfoliate like the ones women use on their faces.

  5. WD-40 works well.  :)

Or try a product called Nok-Off hand cleaner.  I haven't found anything this stuff won't take off.
