I'm not a fashionista or anything like that. I wear jeans and tank tops with wedges all the time and I need a new look when I go out. I'm only 4'11, I have thick thighs a big butt and 34c bra size. I like the slim jeans, high heels look. Can I pull it off?

  2. boot cut. it makes the legs appear longer and leaner\

(i luv to watch what not to wear :])

    ya wear heels

  3. Skinny jeans/jeans cut close to the leg will make you look shorter and thicker. Skinny jeans only look good on people who are naturally very thin (not that you sound fat at all, but you said you have thicker things and have a 34 rib-cage when you're only 4'11). To create the illusion of height wear wide-leg/straight leg pants that are the same width for the entire length of your leg in dark washes (no light colored jeans). These are slimming and create the illusion of height. Also, don't wear shirts or jackets that are too long (should rest at the top of the hip ideally) because they'll steal height from your legs and you'll be all torso. You want as long of a leg line as possible.=)

  4. black..high waisted jeans make people look very slim

  5. Vertical striped clothes help.  It plays with the mind in thinking that's taller and skinnier.

  6. Slim jeans might not be the best option for you.  You need to get a dark wash, either straight cut or boot cut--mid rise.  If the  rise is too low-it will shorten your and if it is too high--well those look like mom jeans.  The wedges are good because they are adding height to your frame.  Might want to try some heels, or sandal with a heel also.  The most important thing is the cut of the jean--find one that works for you and the wash--darker always means slimmer.  I only wear dark washes, I am a little hippy and assy myself.  But after  years of mistakes -- I have finally learned how to accent the positive and downplay the negative.  good luck

  7. 1 Black

    2 Vertical Striped shirts

3 Monochromatic (this means all one )color

4 Wearing heels with pants that are as long as you can without hitting the ground.

5 The basic idea is that the longer your pants look, the longer you'll look.

    HOpe this helps

  8. Don't wear tanks. It's the worst thing you could do if you are trying to look slim. Go for tops that touch your skin, but isn't tight. Slim jeans aren't a good idea. Only people with like...no thighs can pull that off, and there aren't many of those people on this world. Heels would be good for you, but make sure they're closed toe and pointed, this will make you look longer and leaner. When trying on jeans, make sure they fit the widest part of you and go straight down from there. Look for "Wide Leg" on a jean, not a "Flare" or "Skinny Jean". You could defiantly pull off heels, but you do need to be able to pull off the rest of the outfit to do that, and slim jeans and tanks, I'm sorry to say, you can't pull off.

  9. BLACK
