10 ANSWERS

  1. Anything except things that are produced by animals. That usually means alot of veggies. They can't even eat animal by-products like gelatin, lanolin, rennet, whey, casein, beeswax, and shellac.

  2. vegetables and water and fruits. They can't eat anything that comes from an animal including milk and eggs.

  3. I don't mean to be rude, but I can eat anything I want, including animal products if I were so inclined.  There is no mystery vegan council that decides what we can and cannot eat, and no sanctions levied against us if we did accidentally ingest an animal product.

Being a vegan just means that one has made a conscious, sustained effort to not live off the suffering of others.  And it also doesn't require any special food.  There's plenty of already-known, common foods that are vegan (unless you try hard to make them NOT vegan):

Fruit, salads, oatmeal, red beans and rice, carrots, bell peppers, potatoes, breakfast cereal, sauteed squash, beancakes (which I grew up on in the South), fried green tomatoes, pasta salad, Spaghetti with marinara and mushrooms, garlic bread.

And that's just a sample of things I enjoy from my non-vegetarian grandmother's pantry.

Other easy things I enjoy are  Vegetarian Sushi (vegetables in nori-wrapped sushi rice, with wasabi, tamari, and pickled ginger), salsa and chips, pasta with pesto and dried tomatoes, melons, spicy stir-fried eggplant,  acorn squash with quinoa-cranberry stuffing, pad thai (without the chicken), and grilled vegetables (such as brussels sprouts, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, onions, peppers, corn, and sweet potatoes)

  4. I ONLY EAT VEGANS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    you want to have dinner?

  5. drink water and eat vegetables

  6. everything including fruit, veg, bread, beans, nuts, legumes, seeds, soy products, breads.

No red meat, poultry, fish, dairy, honey, gelatine, other animal byproducts.

But basically we can eat a large variety of tasty fresh food. You'll be quite suprised by the range and diversity of vegan food.

  7. Fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and grains

Vegan fake meats like Gardenburger Meatless Riblets

Vegan non-dairy foods like soy yogurt, soy cheese, etc.

Basically, they can enjoy vegan versions of almost any non-veg food -- pancakes made with soymilk, baked goods made of vegan butter, egg replacer, etc.

  8. They can eat everything apart from meat and products that come from an animal.

There are thousands of options what vegans can eat. (

And to those with the nasty answers: if you knew how to cook, you wouldn't be so lost with your daily feed of fast food meat).

  9. Fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, oils and everything made from them.

With the exception of a very few dishes that rely heavily on the unique properties of eggs, there is nothing that cannot be made vegan.

  10. everything execpt for meat dairy and any prodouce that come from animals
