What can a 14 year old do to whiten teeth?

I'm 14 and my bottom front teeth are very yellow. I don't know why because my top ones are great. What can I do to whiten the bottom ones without damaging my teeth? I heard that Pearl Drops take away enamel. What about Crest Whitening Strips?

yes use whitening strips and brush the bottom row of your teeth a carefully as you do with the top of your teeth and stay away from to many soft drinks.

Whitening toothpaste works a treat, as it has some kind of special "soda" that takes off the yellow.

Whitening strips are quite good, but you are advised to be over 18 to use them
