about 4 times what they can in the UK - say £150,000 pa ax free equivalent. however you should note that language skills (or taking courses) in Arabic and Hindi or Urdu are becoming more essential.

that said qualifications in the UAE are as important as experience and a highly skilled foreman whithout the formal qualifications will not get the job. they are after the top of the market and pay accordingly.

Loads of money, go for it mate, they love English people over there,  if you have a chance don't waste it plus the fact it is all tax free, some firms they bay for one ticket a year to the UK.
