  1. For Working Tax credits it is bout £17000 as a joint income but you would be entitled to more if you had children than if you didn't. The threshold is more if you are disabled.

For child tax credits it is a joint income of £56000 or £64000 if you have a child under the age of 1

You are best just answering the questions here and it will not only tell you if you do qualify but also give an estimate of your entitlement: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/taxcredits/do-you...

  2. As much as you like...its The Great Labour Party Give Away..

..And don't forget to vote for them....

..After all, its only taxpayers money and there plenty more where that came from..

  3. I'm not to sure but try the link.....

  4. Try this calculator on the link below. There are questions to be asked, before determining your tax credits entitlement.

  5. 11,500 between them.

52,000 if they have at least one child will get Child tax Credit

  6. Not a question that can be answered as the tax credit system depends on a number of issues including number of hours worked, number of children, amount of childcare etc etc.  A couple with three children working full time can still get a small amount of tax credit at a joint income at 50k, the upper limit for a childless couple is WAY less.  There is a calculator on the HM Revenue and Customs website into which you put your details and it will assess whether you might qualify - that would be a better way of addressing your question for yourself
