What can a guy do that has ED but can't use viagra or similar drugs because of taking meds with nitrates?

We haven't had s*x in so long I won't even say it. Don't sugget a friend w/ benefits because I won't cheat on him.

get a vibrator, he can take some drugs with others cause the can have really bad risks,  very high blood pressure, heart attack, or stroke, other really bad stuff but there isnt anything u can do but talk to him and go to a doctor

You can purchase a p***s pump and see if that can get him to obtain an erection.

Another choice is they can put an implantable,prosthesis in his p***s.  

They also have regular prosthesis they can implant as well.

The last choice is a suppository you put into the p***s, which will cause an erection.

I would make an appointment with a urologist and discuss all his options

Sorry to hear that.  If you don't mind the lack of s*x then just stay with him and be resigned to a life of sexual frustration and misery.  Are you already married?  That's really too bad if you are.  You should ask him to see a doctor.

There are a lot of herbal medications you can take for ED, I'm not sure what they have in terms of nitrates, but it would be a good thing to checkout.
