  1. Assuming that he knows your name, date of birth, and social security number, he can find about anything he wants to.  For example, criminal history, credit, marriage/divorce records, court documents, driving record, etc.

Some of the information, you may not even have to know the date of birth.

  2. the true conditions of your IRS account but not on line

  3. With your social security number, pretty much everything especially with an attorney. Usually legal representatives us high powered security softwares to do background checks and other legal work..

If you are filling for bankrupcy and thinking about hiring an attorney, you really should not hide that piece of information from them. From the moment you file, you should include it other everything you are filling out that requires you to say if you have filled for bankrupcy,

  4. everything....that's how the govt knows you all info on you

  5. Everything.  Birth certificates, criminal history, marriages, divorces, job history, etc.

Much of this he probably won't bother with.  It just depends on how much money he wants to fork over, and how much he really wants to know.
